Early technology of making basic cupric carbonate is mixing baking soda and copper sulfate , but have many shortcomings, first ,the high cost because the high price ofbasic copper carbonate; second, synthesized copper carbonate of fine granularity size, whitish in colour, is not conducive to the separation, which is not conducive to large-scale batch production. We started as early as at the end of 2002 to usesynthesized large particles of basic copper carbonate from acidic water directly, and at the the first half of 2003 completed the process and set up a project to have mass production exported to the UK. Because the entire process directly synthesized fromelectronic waste, which don’t need to produce copper sulfate thus save cost and because big granularity size to easily separated with high efficiency.
The company has applied and gained the patent protection for this technology andthe patent license number is: 201310123585.1
