Recently, the reporter walked into the production workshop of Semian Energy and saw that the production line with an annual output of 600 tons of nano metal powder was operating in an orderly manner, and core products such as nano copper, nano silver, and nano nickel were continuously produced. The outstanding feature of these products comes from the company's unique wet preparation technology - compared to the common physical methods in the industry, the wet process produces nano metal powders with higher activity, lower production costs, and significantly reduced energy consumption. More importantly, its compatibility with downstream metal pastes, electronic components, and other processes has been significantly improved.

In the field of conductive paste for electronic components, the copper paste prepared from the nano copper powder we produce has a more uniform metal color, higher brightness, lower oxygen content, and better conductivity and adhesion than the industry level after sintering. Liao Yongzhi introduced that currently, multiple electronic component manufacturing enterprises and integrated circuit packaging paste suppliers have given positive feedback, and some customers have expressed long-term cooperation intentions. It is reported that in the field of biomedical sterilization, the nano silver materials produced by the company have also entered the verification stage of multiple research institutions due to their excellent antibacterial performance.

At the R&D center of Semian Energy, a team composed of master's and doctoral talents is working towards the two major goals of "further reducing costs and improving performance". At present, products such as nano copper and nano nickel have achieved wet production and are in the first tier in China, but we are not satisfied with this, "said Li Junjie, R&D director of Semian Energy. The team is further reducing product costs and improving the stability of mass production batches through optimizing reaction parameters and improving purification processes. These two breakthroughs can significantly enhance the market competitiveness of the products.
